* Acts as China Chief Technology Officer to assist China VP in managing technologies in Computation Products, Flash memories and Personal Connectivity Solutions to support China business growth.
* Responsible for development of an overall Technology Plan and recommends products and services that lead to a high level of integration between the company's business systems, its data warehouse, and online applications.

* Manage and grow China engineering lab to handle product development on mainland China.

* Expect to spend 70% of time in China, 30% in US
* 15+ years of technology leadership or R&D work experience in IC or platform design, with 5+ years of management experience.

To cope with accelerating growth in China, the company is currently looking for a visionary & effective In-house Lawyer to optimize internal and external opportunities for the group.
Resonsibility:
-Help to design the business reconsolidation strategy of the company and provide legal advices on building of holding company
-Supports all Business Units engaged in marketing and trading activities with all tactical and legal issues ( e.g. contractual, compliance and strategic marketing and policy issues)
-Provide legal counsel to BUs & corporate holdings to ensure compliance with PRC law & regulations, protocols and contractual obligations
-Give legal advice and guidance on matters related to corporate agreements and transactions in China
-Represent the company in PRC courts and other official hearings
-Undertake required legal assessments and audits of the company and various Business Unit operations
-Draft and review all types of legal documents, and maintain statutory legal records
Requirement:
-Minimum 5 years practicing experience in multinational companies and/or law firms(both local and international) ; must know very well China's Corporate, Trading, and Investment related laws and regulations
-Demonstrated interest in, exposure to, and understanding of issues affecting business in China
-Experience with Corporate and holding company structure designing in China preferred
-Comfortable in communication with senior management, Chinese government officials and foreigners/foreign companies
-Graduate from China's Top Law schools, with specialization in Corporate Law or International Economics Law preferred
-Autonomous, well-organized, and very logic in thinking and problem solving
-Fluent English speaking and writing, and native Mandarin; solid skills in legal documents writing and translation
-High integrity and strong professional ethics
