The marriage between semi and bio has already been the reality, long time ago: After Affymetric produced the famous bio-chip with fluorescence tags for high-throughput drug screening. The applications of bio-chips or DNA chips are mostly in bio instrumentation, completely different from those of CPU's.
Nano-based transistor technology (such as IBM's carbon nanotube, CNT - based) exisits only in labs. Bio-based transistor has a even longer way to go.
Mixing what already in mass production with certain pioneer research projects in labs is a complete non-sense.
