Because there are enough dumb men for those kind of ladies, that is why those kind of ladies exist and become flourish to start with.
So before you blame others, men should do self examination as well. Knowing what you get into before you walk the first step.
On a side note, I am sure there are men that try to extract money from rich ladies. Somehow, society doesn't condamn these men who are equally guilty as those ladies. So you can see the double standards here.
