我的公司2003年在上海成立后,搬过两次办公楼。刚开始公司的员工背后抱怨选址,员工会议上却保持沉默。
后来为了鼓励当面说真话的企业文化,开始让员工匿名投票选办公楼,提装修建议等等。真正把员工的意愿实施,不能实施的公开说明。
Most chinese do not trust their boss or LD, because they have been given BS all their life by the people in power.
It is a two way street...Management needs to act as mutully equal and open peers to the employees whenever possible, in order to gain the staff's support and trust.
They will not open up to you if there is no trust.
In modern China, many problems are rooted in the lack of trust.
ZF does not trust the people they ruled for the past 50 years. That's why ZF always want to tell people what to do or expect.
Chinese people do not trust ZF because they have been fooled and taken advantage of so many times.
As a result, Chinese people at large do not trust each other...everything goes downhill from there.
