What vision? Haiguis' foreign visions apply little in the mainland China. Learn from the locals and do as the locals do, that is the way to survive. I watch 第一财经 channel almost everyday when I am in China. I am very impressed by the keynote speakers for the programs such as Brain storm and the Chinese Managing people. Some of them never graduated from high schools!! but they have been doing excellent!! better than you and me. Sorry better than me only.
