But first of all we shall appreciate what we have. 
1)泡泡is feeling lonely now. But sometimes even when you are surrounded by friends and relatives, you still feel lonely; on the other hand when you are alone physically, you feel 倍充实 inside. Of course when you are sometimes under the weather or feel down or worn out by your job, then you really wish that someone you feel close is nearby. If you simply need someone to talk to? give me a call, even a collect call.  or talk to all friends here on Haiguinet. Not all parents want to come here. Talking about "爱国“俺老爸must be one of the very few. In 1949 he refused to leave China with the plane ticket in his pocket and he paid his price later on; for 20 years I have tried to pursuade him to come here to settle down, but he refused to come. I know 家有高堂, 风烛残年，俺是看一次，少一次。That is why I cancelled two trips to Frankfurt and London last year;
2)文化。我觉得自己是一个全盘西化的人，可是很难和西方人做比较深的朋友，隔着太多东西.
I feel the same way! No matter how long I stay here, eventually I may go back for the end of my days;
3)就是厦门龟说的那些能实际看见的好处了
I agree with what he has said except you really need your own home! Rental is not the final solution; you will never feel at home living at other people's house;
４。事业。我对此不抱什么希望。事业成功，意味着叫人承认，也就意味着要遵循社会法则，这个是我不情愿做的。
Haha, so you are saying you don't have any moral flexibility. If you love your job, you don't have to work even ONE DAY. If you hate what you do, everyday feels like a MONDAY and you feel stuck for the rest of your life. If that is the case, you may need to make a prompt change of your career and move back to the States.
Finally， for the time being, 立足海外，放眼世界 is the best choice, imho.
