to answer your question about visa:
Seychelles: no visa required. you'll get a stamp when you arrive at the airport
Mauritius: 14 days visa upon arrival at the airport
Both have direct flights to Paris or London.
If you come to Réunion, you will probably need an authorisation from the Préfecture, as La Réunion is a DOM and some special immigrations rules are applied.
But if you have a french passport, that's another story.
