I've known a few women like that. Usually one way for her not to slienate other women is to be friendly to them. I am not sure what they do behind the back, but women are strangely very friendly to those who are exceptionally pretty. I've heard a lot of women telling me that they like pretty women as well. It could very well be a lie, but they do act that way on the surface according to my observation.
