Snow storm knocks down trees, and falling trees knock down powerlines...
I wasn't complaining, comparing -25 degree C in Calgary for 格格. But what to be said is that Vancouver wasn't like this before. This is the most heavy snow fall on record, and together with the record setting storm right before which caused the flood and murky water from the tap... Should it be considered accidental still?

One more thing to mention following this quote, as well addressed in the film (an inconvenient truth), 2005 is the record setting year for all the hurricanes, typhoons, floods, heat waves, turnatos... oh, can't miss this one, and the avian flu...
To have the attitude of asking why and how it relates to everybody is an achievement.
