I don't think spraying English words in a Chinese sentence helps one's English. I believe the key to English communication is the forming of complete sentences, which most of us have difficulties with.
The only help I can think of by inserting English words in Chinese sentences, is that it might help a person memorize those individual words.
But if one can insert individual English words in daily conversations, I believe that person already memorized those words.
