A big hole is there, he got to put something into it, otherwise, somebody is going to jail.
This was why Morgan Stanley was finally back out of the deal. But Morgan did make a big bullshit and let him believe it. So, the bullshit got him.
That was why he wanted to go public so badly but finally failed.
A lot of stories were going on there.
Think about, if you only went to Harvard for 3 months, you thought you were good enough to smart out those sharps from Morgan Stanley. You'd better think again.
If a CFO can not even understand the jargon terms about money, how can he run or raise the money with other money guys?
