Requirements
-----Basic
1.Major in Computer Science/EE, with 13yrs+working experience for BS, or 10yrs+for MS, or 4yrs+for Ph.D.
2.Had strong embedded system development skills background with profound embedded knowledge on Linux, Vxworks, ARM/MIPS development
3.5yrs+technical team management experience
4.Had much commercialization experience in one of the areas
5.DVB standards(-C/S/T/H)/ IPTV/ MPEG/H.264 series coding && decoding/EPG, CA
-----Specific
1. 有1-2个成功带领研发团队的经验
2. 有2年以上相关领域海外领导开发经验
3. 优秀的团队领导力
4. 良好的时间管理技巧，能在压力下完成项目进度
5. 良好的沟通能力与团队合作技巧
