However, if your valuations of Nobel Prize winners, I suggest you to look into LTCM debackle. The two Nobel Economics laureates from the self-claimed world's top ten Harvard. A lot of those laureats should be discounted!
Experimental natural sciences are expensive to play, so anyone involves in it should be always conscious about the output while spending a great amount of taxpayers' money. If one chasing the hot areas without pondering, it is like the kids chasing stars, aldults chasing fashion, be it clothing or else.
