Primary Responsibilities:
-Develop deep understanding of Workplace Research & Design (WR+D) offerings and capabilities
-Train Theatre Workplace Resources (WPR) team on WR+D programs, products and their changing role
-Be an integral part of the WR+D team and bring in best practices from the theatre
-Develop horizontal relationships with WPR, HR, IT, etc,
-Be in-Theatre content expert and go-to person for WR+D and Design issues, make tough decisions
-Understand the Theatre ecosystem of internal and external experts to bring to a project
Required Skill Sets:
-Ability to implement, to influence, to support at a tactical level while retaining Strategic level goals
-Strong metric manager and developer
-Critical thinking/solutions oriented
-Strong listener/communicator
-Ability to work effectively in a remote team
-Knowledge and passion for Workplace change
-Executive presence but plays well at all levels
Team player
-Understand data – Workplace Resources, Workplace Effectiveness as well as basic business financials.
-Expert in Change Management
-Courage - Makes tough calls ba<x>sed on data and communicates rationale clearly
Degree in one or more of these desciplines : Architecture, Interior Design, Business, HR.
Preferably 6 to 10 years of industry experience.
