Reporting Line: Plant Manager
JOB SUMMARY:
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:
Be responsible for production, quality and logistics.
Champion continuous improvement, modern lean manufacturing techniques, quality measurement and development of the Quality Tools to create real value, drive growth and reduce cost.
Cooperate with R&D center in Shanghai in new product development and continuous quality improvement and process improvement.
Evaluate and be selective with existing systems and processes in the above functions and make appropriate improvement.
Proactively cooperate with the sales group in Shanghai to grow profitable sales.
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
Training in principles of management, lean manufacturing and finance is preferred.
3 - 5 years' experience in similar positions in multinational automotive companies.
Well versed in production management, lean manufacturing, cost control, and quality control.
Strong leadership and influencing skill, team builder.
Ability to drive growth with “can-do spirit”.
Excellent execution skill.
A good communicator with a proven track record of delivering tangible results through effective management and delegation.
Fluent in spoken and written English (must be very good)
EADUCATION REQIREMENTS:
Bachelor degree or above with technical background.
