一）高级代维项目经理
工作职责：
1. 制订代维项目成本预算，负责项目财务成本控制；
2. 负责代维项目的交付实施，对代维交付项目的进度、质量和客户满意度等各项指标负责；定期提交代维项目交付的服务质量分析报告，寻求服务质量改进措施；
3. 负责代维项目交付团队的组织建设和管理，包括拟订项目管理人员和维护技术人员需求计划、组建各级管理队伍和维护队伍、财务管理、团队日常管理、员工绩效考评、客户关系管理等。协调各相关部门，负责项目资源管理
4. 负责本代维项目合作方/分包商的监控和管理；
5. 负责与内、外部各相关部门的定期沟通，寻求支持和改进建议。
要求:
1. 通讯相关的本科及以上学历背景；
2. 具有敬业精神和较强的学习能力，能够适应海外出差和常驻3. 熟悉运营商运维管理模式，熟悉通信产品代维业务运作模式。熟悉无线网络运维并具备实际网络运维管理经验者优先；
4. 对项目实施和管理过程中的质量、成本、进度以及风险等有较强的掌控能力；熟悉合同、商务、财务等基础知识；
5. 具备较强的客户沟通和谈判能力，具有良好的团队合作意识和较强的组织协调能力，有100人以上的团队管理经验者优先；
6. 英语口语流利，具有良好的英语听说读写能力。有海外重大工程管理经验者或通过PMP优先。

薪资范围：
年薪30~50万RMB
二）solution manager
Responsibility:
- Be responsible for e2e and specific Supply Chain process innovation and improvement with measurable target
- Maintain interface with end users for requirement collection, business analysis
- Work in a virtue project team with business user team, IT and external resource for project deliverables and best result
- Be responsible for knowledge transfer and maintaining CBG Knowledge base
Core Competence:
- Familiar with SAP solution (esp. SD, MM/PP), experience to i2 (MP, DF & FP) is big plus.
- Knowledgeable to distribution channel, product marketing, supply chain, finance and service operations
- Experienced in process mapping, design and re-engineering. Good at cause-effect analysis and solutioning
Other Qualification:
- Excellent communication skill, and good at understanding business environment and requirement.
- Fluent English speaking
- Know in Lean Six Sigma (not must-have)
- Demonstrated team work
三）Software Development Manager (Web Search)
Roles & Responsibilities:
As a Manager of Software Development Engineer, you will work with PM and Test teams to design, develop, and deliver quality features for Live Search services. You must feel comfortable operating within a fast moving research and development team. You should have great core development skills: strong passion for delivering quality products, proven track record of working with PM/Test/Research in a product group, great design, coding, and debugging skills, and excellent written and oral communication. The ability to handle multiple concurrent releases and demonstrated experience driving for results in a cross-group/ team project is a must. And meanwhile, you should manage a great team with members those who are great talents in China market.
Required Qualifications:
You should possess a strong technical background and a good grasp of software engineering principles, exceptional problem solving, design, and programming skills, and a minimum of 8 years experience in delivering software solutions. You should be self-motivated and self-directed and able to mentor team members. A demonstrated ability to come up-to-speed quickly on a new technical domain is presumed. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, written communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment are very important. And demonstrated management skills and the better the ability to build up a fast growing developer team are required.
Knowledge and experience in any of the following areas is strong plus: C/C++ coding, Chinese Internet Search, Information Retrieval, Data Mining, Natural Language Processing, client-server based systems, High Performance Computing, Distributed Computing System, Multimedia Processing, Mobile Internet Application
