Job Title Executive Project Manager (Beijing)
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Lead a cross functional Offering Delivery Team (ODT) for major projects, in defining, developing, qualifying and launching desktop personal computers
2. Be responsible for organizing and leading the cross functional global team in developing and implementing project deliverables with an emphasis on cost, quality, and schedule
Requirements
1. English is the only work language and must be very good
2. Bachelor degree or above, majored in Science or Technology; Project Management study background preferred
3. Solid project management experience for more than 10 years; hardware development background is a plus
4. PMP certification is required. If he/she does not have PMP certification, he/she is required to be certified within 18 months after the employment by Lenovo
5. He/She should have an ability to build a strong, high performance team and effectively provide a direction to the team
6. Strong leadership skills and innovative thinking in forming and executing successful product strategies, roadmaps, and product plans, product delivery, superior written and oral skills in English are all required skills
7. Must be able to communicate effectively with worldwide cross functional team and provide a concise project status report to the executive team
8. Needs to possess ability to build and manage a project plan which consistently meets or beats scope, schedule and cost commitments
9. He/She should be able to contribute in developing new processes related to project management which can be applied to other projects beyond his/her own
