非常高兴能在这里有个小空间，也能说说自己的工作，讲讲我身边的朋友，还能分享给大家一些新的职位机会！希望我能以自己的无限工作热情感染身边的朋友。发现热爱自己的工作绝对是第一重要的，自己就是很好的例子。
我做猎头行业刚刚几天后就爱上这个职业，绝对无怨无悔的那种！实际工作中不免遇到种种的困难，但对工作本身的热情足以超越前者。
我现在在深圳有另外一个工程方面的职位能和大家share.外资500强公司，通过整合另外一家外资公司存储业务而组建现有公司业务，大概要求：1.对pc的硬盘，磁头，磁带机等非常在行，2.管理经验至少5年以上（带领至少4-5位manager级别的团队）3.至少10年以上 Engineering department或者plant的技术支持经验4.英语流利
The Media Senior Engineering Manager is responsible to lead a large team of managers, engineers, technicians, and operators that support multiple process operations for GST Shenzhen media manufacturing.
The position responsibilities cover all aspects of engineering, maintenance, planning, and production support and require a highly motivated, capable, and proven leader.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum five years management experience in the hard disk drive or related industry
- Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in engineering or related discipline
- Strong technical background and capability to understand and manage challenging technical issues
- Proven capabilities to lead and manage successful teams
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin
- Prior media and second line management experience preferred
