Major Responsibilities
To lead and management area sales team, within sales and marketing strategy and budget, so as to achieve sales target, meet customer satisfaction and increase market share. To developing business process base on the keep changing challenges to ensure the achievement of sales target and operation efficiency.
Area Sales Operations
To management City managers to sell effectively, push AD to increase retail coverage for the products that are sold by them.
Channel Management
Select and develop local channels. Monitor and control the price structure, reduce conflicts among channels, monitor the performance of local distributors and help
Retail Marketing
Coordinate with Marcom team on all marketing and budgeting, allocation and reimbursement issues, collect and analyze local market information and provide feedback, handle retail operation team mgmt
Local Operator Contact
To develop city manager team to build good relationship with local MCC to secure the bundle sell-thru share.
Customer Service
Coordinate with the CS team to solve service issues while leverage the service resource to support local channel development and improve retail satisfaction
People Management
To management city manager team, allocate responsibilities, provide coaching, guidance and feedback, motivate, discipline and reward so as to improve employee satisfaction and productivity
Requirements
University degree or above.
7+years or above experience in Telecom or FMCG; Working in MNC preferred; Proven track record in improving sales revenue and channel management; Proven track record in people management and development;
Solid understanding of Telecom industry in China.
Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese
