Senior Strategy Manager 战略管理高级经理
1.至少5年IT行业的公司战略、战略咨询、管理咨询、市场或者销售管理经验
2.Oversea背景，管理经验
3.必须名校毕业，MBA最好
4.必须英语流利
1. 带领market intelligence team，负责各个国家分公司的每季度市场分析报告
2. 与财务部门合作，协定各个国家分公司的年度预算与业务指标
3. 制定各个国家分公司的长、短期业务指标
4. 长期的战略规划制定
5. 帮助集团负责人做公司内外的业务战略分析
6. 针对不一样的战略项目，与外部的咨询顾问公司合作
Senior Strategy Manager 战略管理高级经理
Responsibilities:
1. Market intelligence: Lead the market intelligence team to deliver quarterly market analysis report for each country
2. Strategic planning: Work with Finance department to initiate the yearly budget cycle and initiate the business target for each country
3. Business Targets management: define the long-term and short team business targets for each country.
4. Long term strategy planning:
5. Strategy communication: help the group president to prepare and communicate consumer business segment's business strategy within and outside of the company
6. Other strategy issues management: work with outside consulting firm for various strategy projects
Requirements:
1. Minimum 5 years of working experience in the following fields: Corporate strategy, strategy consulting, management consulting, marketing or sales management in IT industry.
2. Overseas working experience is a plus
3. Management experience is preferred.
4. Bachelor degree from well-known universities or above. MBA is preferred
5. Good command of English including speaking and listening
