– Analyze client’s requirements under consultant’s instruction；
– Search and contact qualified talents ；
– Assist consultant in project management: screen, arrange, coordinating introduction & negotiation for short-listed candidates；
– Update database
Requirements:
– Bachelor degree or above；
– Good English communication, fluent in reading, clear speaking, writing；
– ≥ 1 year full time work experience (Headhunting, HR, Tele-sales, Customer service, Consumer, Semiconductor, other services)；
– Strong communication skill, honest, good team player. Hard working; self-motivated,
– Team spirit; ability to work under pressure.
