Job Description

Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Beijing, Headquarter of China Corp
Department: Studies & Projects
Disciplinary Report: BD, Marketing & Quality Director (Frenchman)

Job Summary/Position Purpose

To develop technical solutions for clients, to manage projects and kick-off operations, to find any means necessary to fulfill the tasks

Major Responsibilities

Project management
Organize and lead project team, control budgets and resources, implement and complete the projects. Visit and setup business solutions for the target customer together with sales team.
Kick-off operations
Set up operations, confirm SOP, norms, give best practice and IT system support. Implement new operations with branches
Technical support
Design technical solutions during bidding process, guide to implement the solutions. Find and provide shipping lines via discussion and negotiation with logistics companies, trucking companies and business partners.
Project communications
Timely communicate with project members in Corp global subsidiaries

Working Relationships

Internal contact：Corp China and other countries, Headquarter / regional / branch management team, Headquarter/regional / branch employees, any resources necessary for the project
External contact: Overseas and local customers, Overseas and Local business partners, Vendors

Requirements

 Bachelor degree or above
 5+ years of working experience in logistic industry with a proven tracking record in multinational companies, has good relationship with all kinds of companies related shipping lines
 Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
 Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under high pressure
 Ability to co-ordinate tasks
 Strong ability to convince others
 Details oriented
 Travel is required
 Mature, open-minded, self-motivated, independent and strong sense of responsibility
