Job Description
Job Title: HR Supervisor – Staffing & Training
Report to: HR Director – Greater China Area
Location: Beijing
Qualification:
University degree
Strong HR knowledge especially in staffing and training development
Strong interaction, communication and influence skills
5 years of working experience at least, 3 years training and staffing working experience in multinational companies
Good analyzing capability with reasonable business sense
Persistent and responsible for his/her accountabilities with proactive attitude
Good interpersonal skill with team work spirit
Good command of spoken and written English
Responsibilities:
1. Staffing:
HC planning
Recruitment activities to meet business requirements in China
To keep interviewing and set up talent pool
Vendor selection
Talent assessment tools review and update
On boarding whole process & orientation program facili
tation
To handle all the process for separation including exit interview
2. Training & Development:
Training needs consolidation & analysis
Training plan and training providers selection & negotiation
Training implementation and follow up
Training tracking and management
E-learning tracking and monitoring
Job grading evaluation and career development facilitation
Organization development
3. Work with HR Shared Service team to improve HR operation efficiency in staffing and training & development
4. Enhance communication effectiveness within whole organization and support company culture/values promotion
