Major Responsibilities:
• Opportunity Development & Management – Business development planning & execution; Drive & cooperate with marketing & tele-coverage to identify, pursue and close sales opportunities through the successful execution of CEM. Position to win sales opportunities by executing and communicating effective selling strategies. Maintain an accurate and documented pipeline of opportunities (prospects and suspects) and provide appropriate communication of such to management.
• Relationship Management - Build strong customer relationships by consistently setting realistic expectations early in each sales campaign and meeting or exceeding those expectations through successful execution of ’s Customer Engagement Lifecycle (CEL) Model. Facilitate customer satisfaction through the proper deployment of the appropriate resources to successfully execute the CEL. Build and maintain successful business relationships with strategic partners.
• Achieve sales target.
Expected Requirements:
At least 3 years’ solution selling experience in ERP market with a proven sales record, or more than 6 years sales experience at IT field
Proactive, motivated, self-driven and willing to learn
Strong team spirits
Able to work independently and under pressure
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Frequent travel is required
Good in both written and spoken English
Bachelor’s degree is required
Experience in Process industry will be a plus
