Primary Responsibilities (DO)
Develop department development plans based on company development goals, and coordinate resources and efforts to ensure its implementation;
Control the overall quality of products to meet customer requirements and increase product’s market competitiveness;
Control department budget to meet budget goals;
Develop department structure and staffing plans to ensure an optimally structured workforce;
Coordinate and cooperate other departments for cross department issues to improve department efficiency;
Participate in Executive Meetings to ensure improvement of company’s overall management capability;
Manage performance and capability development of the department and be responsible for overall motivation, engagement, capability and performance of all department members;
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree and above, Engineering background preferred
5 years quality engineer experience and 2 years management experience

Good command of spoken and written English Skills
