At least 10 years HR experience – preference in multi-national company
HR generalist experience including recruiting, performance management, employee relations & development, & coaching
High energy level with strong customer and service mindset
Leadership abilities and experience in conflict resolution, interpersonal & influencing skills
Ability to lead the change & execute in a functional and matrixed environment
Great team player and ability to partner effectively with business leaders and within HR organization
Behavioural and Technical Skills / Competencies
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within working groups (within the department and across the organization)
Excellent communication & presentation and networking skills
Good command of Chinese labour law and regulations
Proficient in both oral and written English
