在英国举行的讨论无线电波远程迫害的会议，大家可以看看，了解一下无线电波远程精神控制技术的国际动态！部分言论属于受害者的猜测，并且一些装置的技术类似，但程度和性质不同。就像普通人在美国能买到手枪，普通人在美国能买到大炮？？所以只供参考，不做结论。

INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE DISCUSSES REMOTE HARASSMENT AND TORTURE
讨论远程折磨和虐待的国际会议
More than fifty scientists, professors, engineers, former intelligence personnel, published authors, targeted individuals and non-affected activists, from Australia to Alaska, united on Saturday 21 October 2006, to discuss remotely inflicted harassment and torture. “An unknown number of individual targets are being secretly tortured ... in their communities” according to Deborah Dupré, campaign coordinator and coalition founder.

Dupré stated that the international coalition was formed in order to alert the public to extensive non-lethal electro-magnetic weapons (also known as directed energy weapons or DEW) used on selected persons globally. Victims are systematically, continuously, and deniably tortured. Some are severely injured, disabled, and even killed, or driven to suicide. Criminals who deploy these weapons assault their victims from a distance, so they cannot usually be identified.

“The coalition aims to obtain formal government investigations into these and other organized terrorist activities,” Dupré explained. Coalition members described the abuses as a ‘silent holocaust’ because the weapons deployed are so poorly publicised, and because individuals are dying as a result of deployments of directed energy weapons, and other deniable abuses of human rights that were also discussed during the conference.

At yesterday’s conference, responsibility for these operations focussed on central government. Dupré summarised presenters’ views and concerns: “Only government has the power, financing and need to test electromagnetic devices for military purposes. U.S. federal agencies have a well-documented record of secret experiments on involuntary human subjects going back more than 50 years including CIA MKULTRA mind control experiments and Atomic Energy Commission radiation experiments.” Presently no legislation prohibits the United States testing new weapons on human subjects.

“Clearly perpetrators are operating under central direction and control, acting above the law with impunity and apparent immunity. Victims’ complaints to local and federal government agencies are never investigated,” Dupré stated, adding that U.S. Air Force Secretary Michael Wynne recently publicly advocated that the government "test" directed energy weapons overtly on US civilians.

Eight different countries were represented in yesterday’s event. Conference guest speakers included Dr Nick Begich, author of "Controlling the Human Mind: The Technologies of Political Control or Tools for Peak Performance", author Gloria Naylor, Dr Robert Duncan (a Harvard-educated scientist), and Eleanor White, a retired engineer and long-term activist against covert electronic torture.
