It captured the fact Chicago Sun-times made up the story, and backdated it agaist the basic rule of jounalism. It also pointed out the consequence of the story:
I agree with the analysis but not necessarily the conclusion. I'd believe there is room to manuver even in the U.S. if we play by the game rules. The game rule here is that a party is guilty if you can prove it acts agaist an established law or rule. Now 旧友重来 has kept the evidence how Sun-Times made jounalism a joke by quiet backdating.
I'm sure many people on this forum can find wise avenues to play this evidence. The only issue is the will to act and getting organized. It's an opportunity for haiguinet and all the contributors to haiguinet.
