Business/Project Background:
1) Responsible for managing customer project testing works and rolling out the professional testing services. the client will be in Oil & Gas, manufacturing and banking industries
2) Collect and understand client’s testing requirement from system/solution and business point
Develop testing business strategy, work out testing plan , Develop guideline for test case development,and lead a team to develop test case
3) Lead and manage testing team, the testing team may come different company, including end-customer and third party company
4) Manage accidents and issues
5) Compile testing report, and present to high level manager
Job Requirement:
1) Education
- Bachelor, master or doctor degree in computer or information technology
- Pass CET-6 or equivalent certification , Overseas experience is preferred
2) Experience , knowledge and skills
- 6+ years testing work experience of which 2+ years in testing management
- at least 3+ years software development experience(Java or .NET).
- Proficiency in Mercury testing product. Quality center ( Testing director, Quicktest professional, winRunner) and Performance Center( Loadrunner, Diagnostics).
Other Testing tool will be a a definite advantage
- Hands-on experience on full software lifecycle testing , including testing plan/strategy, test case development, process definition, test plan execution, accident management, and report.
- PMP or equivalent would be a definite advantage
- Background knowledge like Supply Chain Management(SCM) , ERP , Deal Management Systems( DMS ) would be a definite advantage
- Good verbal and written English skill is a must
