1.Efficient and effective IT support to business through process within project
- Process Management
- Process Planning and Execution
- Manage Customer expectation during project
- People Management (within process assigned) during project
- Process Risk Management
- Scope/Delivery Management
- Process Issue Management
2.AS Optimisation through process within project
A) Ensure implementation is aligning to Template Process defined by template team.
B) Adopt documentation standard.
C) Adopt Project Methodolgy defined.
D) Ensure completion of necessary documentation/pre-requisite for handover to Support.
3. Effective collaboration with business during project
A) Enforcement of process standardise solution
B) Ensure solution implemented is effectively being used
C) keep close communication with business, guarantee the smooth flow of information.
4. Process level Management
A) Manage process team members during project- ensure task are being understood and facilitate execution of task
B) Foster team spirit (HAP-IS and Business)
5. Cost Control at process level
A) within the assigned area, plan the project budget and monitor it and control the cost within the target.
6. Template Management at process level
A) Assist in quality checking of process
B) Ensure template standard are safe guarded
C) Feedback to template owner/CC on changes
7. Responsible for well-being of HAP-IS and Henkel by contributing through different assignment at different point in time
