Responsibilities:
§ Project manage IT Services transition projects
§ Prparation of transition plan
§ Prepare SoW and Response to RFPs
§ Maintain strong customer relationship and Account management
§ Develop new customer pipelines
§ Close communication with Operations for site readiness
§ Negotiate with customers on any changes on Scope of Work, including manage change orders
Requirements:
§ Bachelor or equivalent, IT and related area
§ 5+ years IT related work experience
§ Good Project management skill
§ Proven track record in Account management
§ Experience in IT services sales environment
§ Excellent Japanese
