Position 1: Recruiter 招聘顾问

Job Title: Recruiter - Shanghai Department

Recruiters play an essential role in fueling Google's growth with extraordinary talent. This position demands an uncommon balance of creativity and drive, along with interpersonal savvy and basic analytics.

Responsibilities:

- Implement staffing strategies to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool. Ensure hiring manager and team preparedness during the interview process and that interviews are conducted efficiently and professionally. Interface to negotiate and exchange information with all levels of management.
- Manage candidate process and act as a candidate advocate. Evaluate skill level, manage offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, offer letter generation and offer acceptance/declines. Negotiate offers by partnering with hiring manager, senior management, and other groups as necessary.
- Responsible for sourcing candidates through networking, internet postings, university relations, etc. Mentor and provide guidance and direction to recruiting coordinators.
- Passion for improving the customer experience with customers broadly defined as candidates, new hires, hiring managers and recruiters. Continuous follow-up with clients to confirm staffing plans and candidates needs are met.
- Compile and update reports for job openings, hires and post-hire summaries for hiring managers.
- Possess a wide range of experience on current external recruiting policies, practices and trends. Propose and implement ongoing improvements to Google's recruitment efforts.
- Able to work independently or manage a small team.
- Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently.
- Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment.
- Self-directed, detail-oriented, problem solver with a burning desire to contribute to the organization's reputation and success.


Requirements:

- Professional Integrity
- Excellent spoken/written English and Mandarin absolutely required.
- BA/BS degree required.
- Experience recruiting internally for the HR department or Recruiting department of a multi-national firm
- Minimum 5 years proven recruiting experience in a corporate environment implementing a wide range of staffing programs.
- Ability to handle customer relationship management, provide strong customer consultative skills and work in a large team environment.
- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
- Ideal candidate would possess high energy, be highly motivated and self directed. Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy. In addition, teamwork skills are a must along with the ability to grasp new technologies.
- PC proficiency in MS office, including Word and Excel.
- Experience with recruiting information/applicant tracking systems a plus.

Position 2: Technical Sourcer 技术猎头

Technical Sourcer - Beijing

Position based in Beijing, China.

Responsibilities:

- Proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies.
- Strong focus on sourcing passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and research.
- Source active candidates from on-line databases, contact lists, internal databases, employee referrals.
- Act as a search expert for a functional area(s) by understanding the functional hiring needs, position specifications and search requirements.
- Partner with recruiters to generate ideas, leverage resources and share information that facilitates an effective search process.
- Screen candidates for availability, interest level, visa status, salary range, relocation needs, basic qualifications.
- Enhance professional training and development by attending company-Sponsored classes and meetings.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a BS degree, 2-3 years of recruiting/sourcing/search firm experience, Applicant tracking system experience is preferred. We're looking for a team player with a high sense of urgency.

Candidates must have:

- Ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to implement targeted sourcing initiatives.
- Ability to generate a high volume / high quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines.
- Flexibility and willing to support multiple functions / business units.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships.
- Strong organizational and multi tasking abilities are essential to this position
