A fast-growing beverage company is seeking a highly motivated individual with strong process manufacturing cost accounting and analytical capabilities to manage its production plant cost accounting, inventory cost function and drives continuous business process improvement.
Process Manufacturing Plant Controller 加工厂财务总监(招聘海归):
Working place: Shenzhen
Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain standard and actual batch process costs for production as well as ingredient formula and routing on the recipe.
• Calculate expected theoretical yield percentages base on the batch process and analyze yield gain/loss for variance comparison for each batch.
• Close process manufacturing module (standard cost process) and inventory module in subledger for the month end& weekly, prepare and record variances to the standard cost and physical count.
• Prepare reconciliation of G/L and inventory subledger and related WIP process.
• Report on manufacturing variances in the OPM system
• Familiar with US tax law.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in process manufacturing cost accounting, inventory system, and manufacturing analysis.
• BA in Accounting.
• CMA, CPA, or like a Plus and Oracle experience must.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must have excellent Excel skills.
