Responsibilities:
• Managing the software development or testing team in the production of new features in Business objects integration with developer product such as Visual Studio, ensuring that projects move through the Product Life Cycle (PLC) smoothly and that milestones are accomplished and schedules achieved on time with high quality standard in mind;
• Ensuring that the team has appropriate methodologies and working practices and is working in the most efficient and effective way;
• Building excellent working relationships with other development or testing teams, as well as product/program management team including the teams from other Business objects development center to ensure high quality product are produced;
• Establishing a creative and productive environment through effective team coaching with ongoing appraisal of team member's individual performances, helping them to work towards their own continuous personal and career development;
• Demonstrating a strong technical leadership for the development or testing team;
Required Skills
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent
• 2-3 years of hands on experience in software development or software testing, preferably in both a C++/.Net as well as a Java environment
• Excellent knowledge of general software development or testing strategies and methodologies
• Previous experience in leading and managing development or testing team;
• Demonstrated experience with leading projects and an ability to execute and deliver results in a timely and effective manner with ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects under tight time constraints
• Proven ability to work and manage relationships in a world-wide cross-functional team environment, to collaborate in the effort to achieve common goals
• Excellent team building, organization and interpersonal skills
• Good written and oral English skills
