Manager/Director of Manufacturing Operations
Location: South China
Salary: $100k – $130k plus expatriate benefits
Reports To: VP, Manufacturing Operations based in San Diego
Main Responsibilities:
· Build a china based manufacturing operations team from the ground up
· Day to day management of the production, purchasing, planning, RMA and operations engineering functions
· Oversee new product introduction from a manufacturing perspective. Ensure production product is of the highest quality.
· Manage to our China manufacturing operations budget.

· On-time delivery against customer orders
· Quality of production product
· Excess Inventory
· Inventory Turns
· Organizational development
· New product introduction on-time delivery
· Employee retention and morale
· Leadership
· Ability to work with other our senior managers
Requirements:
· BS/BA or relevant experience
· 10 + years of experience managing a manufacturing operations team
· Experience with all aspects of manufacturing operations including new product introduction.
· Telecom experience is a plus
· Fluent in Mandarin and English
· Born and raised in Mainland China is a plus
· Experience in building teams in China and the US
· Strong communicator and able to interface with customers
· Must be able to work with management in the US.
· Experience in managing contract manufacturers and supply chains in China is a plus
