Requirements:
Master Degree in Engineering or above
5 or above years’ experience in SW verification at a technical company
Able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese; Strong understanding of SW development issues, leadership.
Responsibilities
Fulfill resource requests from software project office.
- Global Software Verification Coordination
Support the coordination of software development activities in your area with peer line functions in other Development Units.
Support QA functions to understand customer problems, help solve SW problems quickly and establish SW development processes to ensure quality.
Responsible for continuously maintaining a simple and clear organization for your group
Drive build-up of Software Development Competence in designated area, both in terms of individual growth and organizational maturity.
Plan, define, provide and develop processes, methods, equipment and tools for projects and line activities, secure commonality, alignment.
Set up steering meetings and forums, and establish management, control and reporting systems.
Establish role, allocate responsibilities, set objectives, provide daily coaching, guidance and feedback, motivate, discipline and reward.
