Description
Background:
GSC (Global Solution Center) Dalian as an after-sales customer service center, providing phone support, E-mail support,
web support, chat support to internal and external customers of North Asia Pacific and North America area, which includes
the Great China, Japan, Korea and U.S. Quality & Process department as an important part of operation support platform, to
manage and improve the customers' experience and optimize the operation productivity, in order to get systemic and
continuous quality improvement in GSC Dalian overall.
Role and responsibility:
As the Six Sigma Quality specialist, who is responsible for GSC Dalian Sigma quality culture building up and driving the
Sigma projects identification and execution. The major responsibilities as below:
Promote six sigma culture in Global Solution Center Dalian
Delivery Six Sigma trainings and develop Green Belts
Identify and mentor six sigma projects base on operational data
Implement six sigma project by self to drive quality improvement
Engage the six sigma quality improvements with other business units
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Get the Certification of Black Belt or Master Black Belt
At least two years working experience related with Six Sigma quality management or quality improvement projects.
Good at project management, PMP certification desirable
Strong leadership and communication skill
Fluency in both written and oral English, Japanese desirable
Customer service experience in multi-national company desirable
