Position：Project Manager
职位职责：
- Lead software development projects to meet the various internal business sponsor needs.
- Expert at organizing and leading project kickoff, requirement analysis, design, status, and other project related meetings with cross-functional teams and project stakeholders at all levels
- Develop project plans, and manage project schedule and quality with minimal variances
- Closely manage throughout the product development life cycle. Identify and track issues, risks, dependencies, efficiencies, and critical path objectives.
- Provide timely and audience-specific status reports and reporting in support of defined metrics to key stakeholders at all levels, including senior management
Requirements
Bachelor degree or above
Responsive support in 24x7 environment
Able to travel to US for training and planning
Excellent command of spoken and written English
8+ years experience with software systems development life cycle including requirements, design, development, implementation, and support
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3+ years of management experience
Excellent team management skills
Familiar with software development life cycle
