The incumbent will report to the General Manager. He/She will be responsible for the factory’s technical and product engineering & development aspects.

Key Responsibilities:
主要的工作职责
• Handle product design to ensure that it is strictly applied to the manufacturing machines in the plant, with special attention in tolerance, robustness, and manufacturability
• 掌握产品设计，确保严格应用于工厂的生产机器，需要具有忍耐力，精力充沛以及生产能力
• Support technical projects & product development, and generate/ modify engineering specifications
• 支持技术项目和产品发展，产生/修改机械说明书。
• Ensure that product design specifications and functions align with all other plants globally
• 确保产品设计规格和功能于其他 的全球工厂一致
• Strengthen and develop technical knowledge, drive knowledge sharing and resolve technical problems raised from customers, suppliers, and other internal/external parties concerned
• 加强发展技术知识，促进知识共享，解决由客户，供应商和其他内部/外部相关部门提出的技术问题
• Contribute to and support manufacturing, process development, customer service and sales channel to ensure high quality and cost effective production and sales processes
• 致力和支持制造，加工发展，客户服务和营销渠道，确保高品质和成本有效产品和销售过程。
• Work with the technical/product design and application engineering team to deliver functional targets/tasks and contribute to the Company’s success
• 与技术，产品设计和应用工程小组合作递送功能目标/任务，共同致力于公司的成功。
Required skill and working experience:
必须技能和工作经验
• University degree in engineering discipline
• 5 years experience in technical and product engineering
• 3 years management experience
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Strong aptitude and interest in data, statistics and design
• Excellent proficiency in computer applications (Autocad, Pro-E, 3D tools, etc)
• Sound leadership, communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
Strong commitment to work in Dalian, China

3年管理经验
英语读写都要好
对数据，统计和设计都有浓厚兴趣
计算机应用能力强(Autocad, Pro-E, 3D tools, etc)
