We are a international headhunting company and current looking for a senior manager, brand management on behalf of our client.
Job Description
Title: Senior Manager
Our retained client is a world wide IT giant with around 20,000 employees worldwide. Its products share a large percentage of the market, globally and in China. Due to an increase in its business activity and an ambitious worldwide strategy, they are currently looking for a Senior Manager to be based in their Beijing office.
Position Title: Senior Manager
Department: Brand Communications Dept.
Reporting Personnel: VP
Location: Beijing, China
Responsibility:
· Heads the brand management team;
· In charge of defining brand positioning, brand portfolio, tracking brand performance, tracking marketing communication effectiveness, setting advertising/event guidelines, and developing brand management processes.
· Develop company’s corporate brand strategy and product brand strategy, including corporate brand and product positioning.
· Define corporate identity and communication guidelines.
· Manage the implementation throughout all marketing aspects.
· In charge of market research, conduct researches with research Agencies to improve marketing efficiencies.
· Participate in the Olympic sponsorship marketing.
· Develop the Olympic marketing guidelines and approval process required from IOC/TOROC/BOCOG.
· Provide internal and agency training.
· Develop and manage the Olympic sponsorship related activities.
· Manage all the trademarks and domain names.
· Assist the VP of Branding and Communications in developing strategic branding and marketing communication plans.
Background needed:
· Minimum 7 years working experience in international enterprises.
· Fluent in English and Chinese
Preferred background:
· Advertising agency planner function.
· MNC Company branding function.
All qualified candidates (no matter of any nationality, e.g. Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore etc.) with fluent English and Chinese would be welcomed.
