Vacancy Title Managing Consultant-Band 9
Job Description - Support the MM business leader to develop the Middle Market business in GMB sector.
- Lead the engagement as Engagement Partner.
- Work with services line to develop solutions for the Middle Market in GMB(中小企业) sector.
- Be responsible for the project delivery excellence in Middle Market business.
Desired Experience (e.g. type of work, projects, area of business etc). - Strong personal skills in leadership, communications/negotiation, problem solving, client relationship and team playing
- Good business process and solutions knowledge in either manufacturing or distribution industry（制造业和零售业）
- Applied creativity and advises in development of multiple solutions involving IT tools, technology, method & process
- Solid consultant, project management and solution selling skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Minimum 6 years experience in consulting or ERP implementation
- Self-motivated, quick-learner, and high achievement driving.
