Responsibilities
In addition to Senior Client Service Manager responsibilities, following aspects should be considered into contents for PGL
hr
Summarize recruitment needing based on development of practice group
根据小组发展需要制定招聘计划
Interview candidates screened by HR department and decide shortlist based on agreement with GM & HR manager
面试由人事部门筛选的候选人，并与总经理及人事经理共同协商最终入选者
Pushing Implementation of coaching system within the practice group
积极推进辅导系统在小组中的实施
Develop professional skill of each group member, such as writing skill of press release, communication with clients, event management skill, and so on
提高各小组成员的专业技巧，如新闻稿的写作能力，客户沟通能力，活动管理能力等等
Finalize training plan under suggestion from HR department based on characteristic of each group member
在人事部门的建议下，根据各小组成员的不同性质制定适合的培训计划
New Business development
Responsible for quality control of group pitches and proposals
负责小组投标工作及建议书的质量
Responsible for customer contact for all new clients at early stage
负责合作初期与新客户的联络工作
Guarantee for new business development of at least 50,000 USD per year
保证每年五万美金以上的新进业务
Models and methodology
Develop and deliver new service offers, tools, methods and presentations to clients
为客户传递最新最好的服务、工具、方法及现场演示
Work Management
Design staff timing for its practice group
为各自小组制定员工时间分配计划
Coordinate cross-office projects with group leaders in other offices in order to carry out working process smoothly
与其他办事处的小组负责人协调跨区工作项目，使项目尽可能顺利地开展下去
Initiative in participation of branding marketing
积极参与公司品牌塑造
Actively participate in training others based on own strength
根据个人强项，积极参与员工培训
Competency requirements
Age
Preferred between 30-48 years old
最佳年龄在30-48岁之间
Minimum academic qualifications
University diploma大学本科学历
Number of years of experience and Industry Experience
lMinimum 10 years working experience. At least 6 years in PR Industry, at managerial level position
至少十年工作经验，其中至少六年在公关行业的工作经验，并担任管理层职务
Qualifications
lWorking experience in foreign company is a plus
具外企工作经验优先考虑
Good planning and organizing skill
良好的计划及组织技巧
Strong in leadership and able to coach team

Demonstrates self-confidence in external communications

Attention to high quality work output
