APJ Software&Peripheral Program Specialist for Peripherals
includes following 5 core products 1) Printer&Imaging2) Projector&PDA 3) Display&TV4) Peripherals for Enterprise Products (Servers and Storage)5) Peripherals for Client Products (Desktop and Notebook) R&R· Coordinate and manage programs of new product readiness with key functional stakeholders· Maintain and manage check list for program actions· Track Program health - track product readiness with both internal and external teams· Escalate (Resolve) issues impacting timely product readiness to (with) appropriate parties· Obtain all relevant information of new products from key stakeholders· Set up new products in ordering system and online· Answer sales inquiries for products
Qualifications
· Bachelor degree/equivalent· Broad knowledge of the PC and Peripheral markets and new technology/services categories - Peripheral knowledge/experience is a plus· 5 years or more of experience in Sales or Marketing with a track record of measurable results preferably in the IT or Peripheral.· Track record in program development and management related to achieving financial goals· Strong ability to motivate and achieve results through others· Pragmatic, hands-on style, and ability to "think outside the box"· Strong planning, analyzing and priority-setting abilities· Good organizational agility and interpersonal skills to work effectively across functions and lines of business in a virtual organization.· Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).· Working experience or familiarity with the Asia Pacific&Japan business practices an advantage.· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment, proactively managing and setting the business direction.
