Position: Senior Consultant/Technology Strategy
Location: BJ, SH, GZ
Job Description:
The candidates are expected to work effectively with major Chinese enterprises and multinational companies in delivering information technology (IT) strategy consulting projects, including IT review, IT blueprint design, IT implementation plan, IT transformation, enterprise architecture, etc. Major responsibilities include:
Lead middle-size IT strategy consulting projects
Manage client relationship in IT strategy projects
Conduct benchmarking studies and identify industry best practices
Analyze and prioritize clients and business issues
Deliver high value-added IT strategy consulting recommendations tailored to the defined audience
Assist in generating proposals and promoting target clients
Contribute to the firm intellectual capital and community-building activities
Cooperate with other service team to maximize the value created for client engagements
Qualifications: An advanced degree from top universities is strongly desired.
Desired Experience (e.g. type of work, projects, area of business etc):
1. Minimum of three years consulting strategy consulting projects, or equivalent five years experience in of IT planning & management experience in large industrial companies
2. Strong IT is required background technical
3. IT Experiences with industries of Communication, Electronics & Electrics, Automobile, or Heavy Manufacturing are preferred
4. Advanced problem solving abilities in approaches, identifying structured creating & prioritizing business issues, and developing actionable recommendations
5. Qualified leadership skills in planning & controlling project progress, motivating project team, and networking project external relationship
6. Effective interpersonal & communication skills, including interviewing, presenting, facilitating and negotiation skills
7. Strong self-motivation with a value integrity, teamwork, quality and execution or framework
8. An advanced degree from top universities is strongly desired
9. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required. to travel to fulfill responsibilitiesand willingness
Position: Managing Consultant /Technology Strategy
Location: BJ, SH
Job Description
The candidates are expected to work effectively with major Chinese enterprises and multinational companies in promoting and leading information technology (IT) strategy consulting projects, including IT review, IT blueprint design, IT implementation plan, IT transformation, enterprise architecture, etc. Major responsibilities include:
Lead large-size IT strategy consulting projects
Manage client relationship with key accounts top management team
Supervise the quality of project deliverables and monitor the project risks
Lead proposal development and promotion of target clients
Work with department leaders to develop the firm鈥檚 IT strategy consulting team in China
Contribute to the thought leadership and strategic direction on the firm鈥檚 IT strategy consulting competence in China
Network with other service team to maximize the value created for client engagements
Desired Experience (e.g. type of work, projects, area of business etc).
Minimum of six years consulting experience in IT strategy consulting projects, or equivalent ten years of IT planning & management experience in large industrial companies
Expert in IT technical review and design
IT Experiences with industries of Communication, Electronics & Electrics, Automobile, or Heavy Manufacturing are preferred
Advanced leadership skills in planning & controlling project progress, coaching & motivating project team, and networking project external relationship
Superior problem solving abilities in creating innovative approaches and value-added recommendations for challenging business issues
Advanced negotiation skills and superior interpersonal & communication skills
Strong self-motivation with a value framework for integrity, teamwork, quality and executio
An advanced degree from top universities is strongly desired
Fluency in English and Mandarin is required. Willingness to travel to fulfill responsibilities
