A leading France Power Generation and transportation Company is looking for Human Resources Recruitment Manager, JD is as follows,
Position:HR Recruitment Manager
Report to: HRD
Location: Beijing
Responsibility
- In charge of country level recruitment (mainly senior level positions),
- Take care of JV company’s recruitment (mainly senior level positions),
- Support Europe sister companies for recruitment project from China,
- Support HRD (China HR representative) on monthly/quarterly HR recruitment progress update.
- Conduct research and analyze data on assigned projects including agency performance
Special requirement:
- 4-5 years extensive recruiting experience in multinational company,
- Education: Bachelors’ degree preferably in Engineering or General Manufacturing background,
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese,
- Smart and good communication skills in coordinating with business leaders & JV HR manager in developing staff plan.
- Under 35 years old, better single
- At least 4 years solid recruitment experience in MNC
- Excellent communication skills and know how to establish inter-relationship
- smart.
