Title: City Sales Manager
Digital Products – Digital Capture ( Location :Guangzhou)
Budget: 15-20K/month gross x 13
Overall Responsibilities:
Responsible for development and aggressive growth of one assigned region for Digital and Applied imaging products.
Key areas of responsibilities:
* Manage and develop Digital Still Camera (DSC) channel at local to achieve profitable and aggressive sales growth. These DSC channel partners
are IT digital stores, consumer Electronic Stores at local
* Be accountable for achieving the monthly sell-out, sell-thru target through working with distributor sales force at local as well as managing the
channel partner at local
* Lead and manage the Merchandisers and Promoters team to build the best merchandising and display in the market and managing the retail
price
* Work closely with channel Marketing to provide marketing support, drive incremental sales through promotional activities, roadshow at local
Job Requirements:
·At least 5 years sales / account management experience in FMCG or consumer electronics industry with successful track
record in growing assigned accounts/ channels.
·Understanding of retail and merchandising, display and channel activation principles is preferred.
· Other desired personal attributes:
Must be responsible and accountable for assigned goals, be able to work well with the team and aligned to the business
Must have a well developed sense of urgency to deliver results, must have empathy and must communicate effectively
Must be able to come up with creative and innovative ideas to drive a profitable and aggressive growth.
· Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English would be a great advantage.
