Job Description for Senior M&A Manager
Location:Beijinjg
Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead the investment and investment banking activities including due diligence, investment analysis and valuation, mergers and acquisitions, financial projection/modulation, and other structured financing arrangement.
- Lead various negotiations on private placement, structured financial arrangement, joint venture incorporation, franchising business, debt restructuring agreement, financial consultation, etc.
- Manage and overseas M&A deals by conducting deal screening, business, finance and Legal due diligence, valuation, deal structure and negotiation.
- Identify trends in specific industry sectors, including IT and internet, by summarizing the industry and analyst report
- Perform market research to identify potential investment or partnership opportunity that is in line with company's strategy, present recommendations to senior management
- Review business plans submitted to the company for prospective investment
- Evaluate the prospective investment by adopting Comparable method, DCF and other financial models
- Present findings and recommendations to the management team.
Qualifications:
- University degree in finance, accounting or related disciplines
- Overseas exposure in education or work experience
- Foreign investment bank working experience
- Hands-on experience with VC in IT and internet industries
- Hands-on experience with M&A in IT and internet industries
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Strong marketing research background
- Strong reports writing skills
- Project management skills
- Good English language proficiency
- Good team player
