Software Engineer--Java [002] For TOP International Company
Job Description:
This position will bring a technical mind, detail orientation, and can-do attitude to the following responsibilities:
- Defines, designs, codes, unit tests and debugs complex, multi-tier distributed software applications.
- Works closely with Product Manager to define the product feature
- Works with other engineers, QA and Operation team to design and implement application features
- Estimates engineering effort, plan implementation, and rollout system changes.
- Focus on Java projects development
Requirements:
-2+ years work experience in software development.
-Be accomplished in Java, OOP and Design Pattern.
-Be familiar with Oracle System, web based application development.
-Have good English abilities in both speaking and writing.
-Bachelor Degree in CS or related fields. Master degree in CS or related fields is preferred.
-Be able to work under high pressure.
-Experience with UNIX/Linux system and perl/shell script development is a plus.
18. Project Manager
Main Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead software development projects to meet the various internal business sponsor needs.
2. Expert at organizing and leading project kickoff, requirement analysis, status, and other project related meetings with cross-functional teams.
3. Develop complex project schedules, and manage project schedule and quality with minimal variances
4. Closely manage throughout the product development life cycle. Identify and track issues, risks, dependencies, etc.
5. Provide timely and audience-specific status reports and reporting in support of defined metrics to key stakeholders at all levels, including senior management .
Main Requirements:
1. Bachelor and/or MS/MBA/MA degree or equivalent work experience
2. Minimum 5 years working experiences in leading software company
3. Minimum 2 years experience in project management which should be mainly focused on in-house project developing.
4. Strong communications skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams and varying levels of management.
5. Fluent English and Mandarin (both oral and written).
6. Ability to function effectively in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills, and experience applying these skills to resolve & negotiate solutions with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
8. Advanced MS Project, MS Power Point, MS excel skills, management or technical lead experience in software development will be a plus.
