Director- Windows Mobile product line
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the execution of all projects of windows mobile
with respect to requirement, delays, costs (BOM), quality criteria (FRR) and budget;
Participates in the definition of the product roadmap, especially for resource management and product synergies;
Responsible for the project management and development methodology and its permanent enhancement with respect to standards defined by skill managers;
Participates in the continuous BOM reduction in relationship with the purchasing manager
Helps project managers to solve critical problems;
Manage an existing team of 30 and grow to >100
Requirements:
Expert in Windows CE & windows mobile Platform，have successful experiences in overseas operator project development & management
Fluent English & Mandarin both spoken and written.
Strong working experience with international environment
Experience in working overseas
Good communication and project management skills
Solid experience in planning, tracking and risk management
Experience in definition and update of product development processes
University graduate in engineering discipline
10 or more years of experience in development and industrialization of high-tech electronics products (ideally mobile phones)
5 or more years of experience in a Managerial position, leading a team of not less than 30
