Job Opening: CFO (China)
We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer for our China business. The position will be based in Guangzhou where our China Headquarters resided. Salary and other compensations will be negotiable depending upon prior experience and background.
Duties and responsibilities will be varied and extensive. The CFO will be responsible for all accounting, budgeting, forecasting, payroll, tax compliance and financial reporting. The CFO will also assist the local General Manager in overall management of daily operations and function as a bridge between China subsidiary and US headquarters.
Candidates for this position should:
• Proficient in US GAAP and China GAAP
• Be fluent in both Chinese and English. Cantonese preferred but not required
• Highly motivated
• Be familiar with computer accounting and information system

We are trying to fill a project manager position for our China business. The position will be based in our US Headquarters located in Gordonsville, Virginia. Salary and other compensations will be negotiable depending upon prior experience and background.
Duties and responsibilities will be varied and extensive. The Project Manager will be responsible for all business operations and decision-makings on China project. The Project Manager will report directly to EVP and have intensive interaction with top management in US headquarters.
Candidates for this position should:
• Be experienced in international business and operation
• Be fluent in both Chinese and English
• Highly motivated, initiative and ambitious
• MS or MBA preferred
• Be familiar with China markets and regulations
